Your Agreement With Us

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk845", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pk845 platform and its operating entity, operating under international gaming license oversight.
• "Platform" means the pk845 website located at pk845.org, including all casino games, sportsbook services, payment facilities, account management tools, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the pk845 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual upon completing the pk845 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User into their pk845 Account using an approved payment method, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a User's Account by pk845 pursuant to a bonus or promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of eligible bets a User must place before Bonus Balance funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pk845 compliance procedures.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 16.

By accessing the pk845 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pk845.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk845 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

pk845 reserves the right to request proof of acceptance at any time. Users who are unable or unwilling to confirm acceptance of these Terms may have their Accounts suspended pending resolution.

Use of the pk845 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pk845 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. pk845 will verify age as part of its KYC process and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from using gambling services.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the pk845 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and subsequently must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the pk845 Platform or any affiliated platform.

To access the full range of pk845 services, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

By completing registration, you warrant that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and belongs to you personally.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a professional player, agent, or representative of any competing gambling platform.
• You are not currently excluded from any gambling platform.

pk845 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts that are found to have been registered using false information may be closed at any time, and any Real Money Balance held may be subject to review before release.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk845 Account login credentials, including your username and password. pk845 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your pk845 Account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for additional security.
• Notify pk845 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

pk845 shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an Account where such access results from the User's failure to maintain credential security. Any activity carried out on your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility until you notify pk845 of a security breach.

pk845 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications to protect data in transit. However, the security of your personal device and credentials remains your responsibility.

All financial transactions on the pk845 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk845 supports the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect in your Account balance within minutes of successful transfer initiation.
• Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing times.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the pk845 cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, except where otherwise approved by pk845 compliance.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not be able to process withdrawals.
• pk845 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing timelines of the recipient payment method.
• pk845 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request as part of anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedures.

pk845 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users who satisfy the specific eligibility criteria of each offer.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Until wagering requirements are fully met, neither the Bonus Balance nor any winnings generated from Bonus Balance bets may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps associated with each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• pk845 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Where a User attempts to withdraw funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements, pk845 may deduct the Bonus Balance and any associated uncleared winnings prior to processing the withdrawal.

All bets placed and games played on the pk845 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms. The following provisions apply across all pk845 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk845 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a manifest system error.
• In the event of a manifest error — including, but not limited to, incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or technical faults — pk845 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, or to correct outcomes as appropriate.
• All casino games on the pk845 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently tested for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate.
• pk845's sportsbook odds are set by our trading team and are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered, pk845's specific sport rules (available in the sportsbook) will determine how affected bets are settled.

pk845 acts as the bookmaker and game operator on all bets and games played on the Platform. All disputes regarding game outcomes or bet settlements must be raised with pk845 support within 30 days of the relevant event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk845 Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a system error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Bonus abuse in any form, including structured wagering designed solely to meet bonus conditions without genuine play intent.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's back-end infrastructure, databases, or administrative systems without authorisation.
• Engaging in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward pk845 staff or other users.

pk845 is required to conduct identity and age verification as part of its compliance obligations under the terms of its international gaming license oversight. KYC verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic compliance review.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Government-issued national identity card (CNIC) — front and back.
• Valid Pakistani passport — photo page.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Payment method verification — confirmation that the deposit method belongs to you (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name).

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and fully legible. pk845 will not accept documents that have been digitally edited or cropped in a way that removes any part of the original document.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by pk845 may result in withdrawal holds and, ultimately, account suspension. pk845 reserves the right to close accounts where KYC verification cannot be completed.

pk845 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations toward player welfare seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. When it ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, pk845 provides the following tools to help:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits via your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling by activating a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting pk845 support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to open a new Account.

All intellectual property rights in the pk845 Platform — including but not limited to the pk845 name and logo, website design, software, game content, text, images, graphics, and functionality — are owned by or licensed to pk845. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any pk845 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk845 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Platform without written permission from pk845.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use pk845's trademarks, brand name, or logo in any manner without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk845 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data.

pk845's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

pk845 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
• Any particular game outcome, odds, or result will occur.
• The Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components — you are responsible for your own device security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk845's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship in accordance with the following provisions:

Termination by You: You may close your pk845 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable Bonus Balance that has not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

Termination by pk845: pk845 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A User being found to be under the minimum age of 21 at any time.
• Regulatory or legal obligations requiring pk845 to restrict or close accounts in certain circumstances.

Where an Account is closed by pk845 due to Prohibited Conduct or breach of these Terms, pk845 reserves the right to withhold any or all balances pending investigation and, where warranted, to forfeit such balances entirely.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk845 holds its international gaming license. By using the pk845 Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any such dispute or claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

pk845 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pk845 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details.

Amendments take effect from the date they are posted on the pk845 Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Doing so will not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the amendment taking effect.
